Oh mate, the breakfast spread was spot on! You’ve got everything from fresh fruit to a proper cooked meal that’ll fuel your seaside adventures. Plus, the location means you’re just a hoppity-skip away from Flying Fifteens for a cheeky sandwich and The Trawlerman Chip Shop for some proper fish and chips.
While I would’ve loved some hanging space for my clobber, and parking can be a bit dodgy at peak times, it didn’t really put a dampener on the fab vibe of my stay.

The view from my single room with sea view was nothing short of breathtaking. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and the fresh sea breeze. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. It featured cereals, fresh fruits, and a full English breakfast cooked to perfection by Amanda and Tony. They truly made me feel at home, always ready to help with any requests. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and modern ensuite facilities. The patio area at the back offered a nice spot to relax. One downside was the shower pressure. it could have been stronger. Parking was convenient, but it's always better to arrive early during peak times. it was a lovely stay. I can't wait to return.

The hotel offers fantastic sea views from the rooms.
I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was freezing cold, and despite turning up the heater, it never warmed up, which made for an uncomfortable experience during my two nights. There was also a glaring lack of proper lighting. trying to read by the dim bulb was frustrating, and the absence of light above the sink made basic tasks harder. Honestly, a hotel stay should not feel like a battle against the elements and inadequate facilities.

The sea view from the first-floor room was incredible, with floor-to-ceiling windows providing a fantastic panorama. The bed was really comfortable, the ensuite shower was modern, and the room had a flat-screen TV, complete with a mini fridge—a nice touch for prepping snacks after a long day.
The parking situation can get tricky during busier times, so arriving early is recommended. The bathroom was compact, making it a bit of a challenge to maneuver without getting the floor wet, despite the bathmat supplied. I noticed the road noise could be bothersome, particularly with busy traffic and seagulls waking me early in the morning. Some rooms lack adequate storage for clothes, which meant a bit of a mess unless you're organized.

Amazing seaside vibes in Lowestoft 🌊
Tony and Amanda are proper legends, so welcoming and helpful! Waking up to that stunning sea view was just bliss, and the breakfast—including that crispy bacon—kept me happy. Location was spot on, close to the pier and all the good stuff!
Only wish the shower had a bit more oomph, but it didn't really bother me.

great hosts but room lacked storage
Amanda and Tony were exceptional hosts who genuinely care about their guests. Breakfast choices were delightful, especially the fresh fruit juice selection. The sea view from my room was truly stunning and elevated the entire experience.
The room could benefit from more storage space for personal belongings.

The room offered a nice ambiance, clean and comfortable, but it lacked adequate storage space, leaving our belongings spread out. While the hosts were welcoming, the shower's low water pressure made it less enjoyable to use. Dining facilities fell short of expectations, as the atmosphere didn’t match the described charm, and finding suitable parking was tricky, though there was a paid option nearby. trying local Welsh pastries was delightful, adding a nice touch to our stay.

Fantastic Sea Views and Delicious Breakfast!
I recently enjoyed a lovely stay with a panoramic sea view that made mornings brighter. The breakfast was a standout, freshly cooked and included a great range of options. The room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after exploring the local area. I would have appreciated a bit more variety in the breakfast menu, but what was served was delicious.
